This handbook is designed to welcome, inform, and introduce you to the unique experience of living in a condominium community. There are shared responsibilities you’ll want to be aware of, as well as common advantages to living in this lovely neighborhood.

If you’ve never lived in a condo before, this handbook captures essential information for you. If you’ve lived in a condo community before, you’ll enjoy reading about how this one may differ in some delightfully surprising ways. For instance, those of us who are avid gardeners are not only allowed, but encouraged to beautify our areas with flowers. And for those of us who are happy to let the grounds crew do the yard work – well, that’s OK too!
