Can I have a satellite dish and where?
You must have approval from Board of Trustees before installation.

Can I plant flowers and where?
Avid gardeners are not only allowed, but encouraged to beautify our areas with flowers. Flowers should be planted about 12” from the grass line so that when mature, the flowers will be at least 6” into the mulch bed. The commercial lawnmowers and fast paced workers can’t be delicate enough to miss flowers that spill out of the mulch beds and too close to the grass (see handbook p.21).

Who is responsible for the exterior lights?
Security lighting, i.e. the second story garage floods should not be changed by owners (bulbs or fixtures). Motion detectors or any means to turn the lights off at night cannot be installed.For any maintenance of security lighting, contact the Management Company. Owner is responsible for all switched outside light bulbs and fixtures, however the fixtures styles cannot be changed.

What day is trash pickup?
Collection is on Thursdays. If Monday is a holiday, collection will still be on Thursday. If a holiday is any another day during the week, trash pickup will be on Friday. Please check the mail huts for signs indicating holiday schedules (See handbook p.14).
